     Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarine oranges with juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8oz. cool whip
 

Instructions
Blend together first 4 ingredients on medium speed 3-4 minutes. Place in 9 X 13 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350°
For topping, sprinkle dry pudding over pineapple and mix. Fold in cool whip. Layer over cake once cool.
