     5 hour beef Stew

Ingredients
2 lb. beef stew
2 1/2 cups tomatoes
6 carrots
3 potatoes (1/4 pieces)
1 lg. onion - diced
5 stalks celery
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. tapicoa
salt and pepper
 
mushrooms
garlic

Instructions
Place in baking dish - cover. Bake at 250° for 5 hours. Do not peak at all. Do not remove cover until 5 hours are up.
Optional- garlic salt, mushrooms and 1/2 cup red wine
