2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms Finely Chopped
3 Scallions Chopped
1 To 1 1/2 Cups Mashed Tofu
Pinch Of Salt
1 To 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme

Saute chopped mushrooms in butter until soft. Add chopped scallions and saute for 1 minute. Mix together mashed tofu, lemon juice, soya sauce, thyme and salt. Add sauteed mushrooms and scallions to this mixture and mix well.
