Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion, leek and
celery. Blend in flour. Add white wine, chicken
stock and 1 cup diced broccoli. Heat with salt,
pepper and thyme. Simmer until tender. Add light
cream and 1 cup diced broccoli.
