Easy Chocolate cake-Sift 2 cups flour,3/4 cup
unsweetened cocoa,11/2 tsps baking powder,2 tsps
baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix in 2 cups
sugar.Add 2 beaten eggs,1 cup milk,1 tsp vanilla
and 1/2 cup oil. Then beat in 1cup boiling water
with 2 teaspoonfuls coffee mixed in. Divide
mixture between 2 cake pans greased and lined with
baking parchment ,lightly greasing the baking
parchment as well. Bake in preheated 180C oven for
30-40 minutes . Checking with toothpick or skewer
.When cold sandwich with chocolate frosting ,then
cover with chocolate butter cream and decorate
with your fave chocolates or sweets.
