Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add banana, yogurt, rum, and vanilla, beat until blended.
Add flour mixture to wet; beat at low speed until just moist. Stir in 1/2 C coconut.
Spoon batter into a 9x5 loaf pan coated with cooking spray or butter; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp coconut. Bake at 350F for 50+ minutes (or longer, until pick in center comes out clean). Cool and remove from pan, drizzle with lime juice and powdered sugar mix.
