     Honey Roasted Nuts

Ingredients
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup roasted hazelnuts
1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
 

Instructions
1 cup roasted almonds 1 cup roasted hazelnuts 1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp water ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp salt
Line a large baking tray or other similar large container with baking paper. Place water, honey and vegetable oil in a large frying pan and heat up. When it starts to bubble a bit add in the nuts. Stir around on a medium to high heat for a few minutes till the liquid evaporates. Pour out onto the prepared baking tray and quickly separate the nuts as much as possible. Sprinkle with sugar and salt whilst still warm.
