Vegtable soup with what i had left in fridge
zucchini
carrots
3 peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 onion
celary
1 potato
1 chicken cube
300ml water (depending for how many people)
1 teaspoon curry
100G brown rice
Fry onion in some olive oil and add the curry. add
all the vegtables and keeping stiring . add
chicken cub and water. When boiling add the brown
rice, lower heat and leave to simmer. Liquidize
and serve with croutons.
