I used half a chicken breast for each person and
asked the butcher to open it for me. Then i
flattened it and placed the boiled spinach in the
middle, sundried tomatoes , onion and mushrooms
mixture( which i fried a bit) then i overlapped
the breast ( like we do for bragoli) and wrapped
in bacon. Placed in foil , some white wine and
closed like a pocket . Temp 180 around 30 minutes.
