     No Knead Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
2 pkg. of yeast
2 TB Sugar
1 c. Warm water
1tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening melted
1 c. Scalded milk
7 c. Flour
3 beaten eggs
 
Frosting
Brown sugar
Cream
Or
Butter cream frosting

Instructions
Combine yeast, 2TB sugar, and warm water, let it stand until bubbly....set aside. In another bowl, combine melted shortening 3/4 c. Sugar, and scalded milk, cool to Luke warm. In a third bowl, add salt and beaten eggs. Combine egg mixture with the yeast mixture and mix well. Add flour 1 c. At a time, mixing well. Put in a greased bowl, cover and let stand until it doubles in size. Put flour on flat surface to roll it dough. Divide mixture in half and roll a thin layer of dough. Spread melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Roll up tight and cut cinnamon rolls. You can use thread to dental floss to cut the rolls out. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or brown
Frost the cinnamon rolls when they are warm.you can use a butter cream frosting OR Use brown sugar and cream to make a syrup and pour the syrup on 5-10 minutes before you take the rolls out of the oven...this is how my great grandma made hers.
