     Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
1 cup H20
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3oz)
2 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
9-12oz. cool whip
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
 
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Heat H20 and butter to boil. Stir in flour over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time with a mixer. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet in shape of doughnut. Bake 400° for 40-45 minutes. When cool slice in half
Filling- Mix pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip and vanilla. Pat between layers.
Topping- Melt chocolate, butter and milk. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Drizzle over top. Refrigerate.
