Mix Oreos with butter. Freeze in 9 X 13 pan. Spread
with 1/2 gallon ice cream. Freeze.
Mix chocolate, milk, sugar, oleo and vanilla. Cook
and boil until it thickens. Cool. Spread over ice
cream. Freeze. Spread 1-8oz. carton cool whip.
Freeze. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
