Work together flour, salt and butter. Add 2 tbsp.
cold H20 for pie dough consistency. Pat in 2 long
strips.
Bring 1 cup h20 and butter to coil. Add flour. Cool.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add
vanilla. Spread over crust. Bake at 375° for 30-40
minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Spread
over cooled crust and puff layer.
