     Danish Puff

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
2 tbsp. cold H20
1 cup H20
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
 
3oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Work together flour, salt and butter. Add 2 tbsp. cold H20 for pie dough consistency. Pat in 2 long strips.
Bring 1 cup h20 and butter to coil. Add flour. Cool. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add vanilla. Spread over crust. Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust and puff layer.
