     Ham and Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
12 slices white bread - remove crust
6 slices american cheese
1 lb. boiled ham
5 eggs
2 1/3 cups milk
 

Instructions
Butter 6 slices of bread. Butter and lay butter side down. Then layer ham. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with onion salt. Butter remaining bread and place butter side up. Beat eggs. Add milk and 1/2 tsp. salt. Pour over bread and cover with foil. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered 375° for 45 minutes.
