Ingredients
16 slices white bread
2 1/2 cup cooked ham -cubed
16oz. shredded cheddar cheese
16oz. mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3 cups lightly crushed corn flakes
 
1/2 cup butter

Instructions
Trim crusts. Cut slices in half. Layer in 9 X 13 as follows- Cover 1/2 bread, 1/2 ham, 1/2 of each cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 30 minutes before baking. Sprinkle with topping of cornflakes and butter. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
