     Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup american cheese - diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
garlic salt
2 beaten eggs
 
1-8oz. can tomato sauce.
Instructions
Mix put in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350° Put cookie sheet under pan. Keep in pan for 10 minutes before cutting.
Per Diane- Place 2 pieces of bread at bottom of pan.
