     Meatball Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt
1 can campbells golden mushroom soup
1 can campbells beef broth
1-8oz. stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables (20oz)
 
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
1 sm. bay leaf
1 can peas.

Instructions
Mix beef, crumbs, eggs, onion, salt, pepper. Shape firmly into 24 meat balls. Brown meat balls. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes or more. Stir occasionally. Gradually thicken with flour and H20. Add 1 can peas.
