1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. dry nutmeg
3oz. orange juice
3oz. brandy
 
Instructions
1 hour 325 degrees -nothing. Uncovered on rack 2nd hour - baste every 15 minutes. Score first.
