Wash squirrel. Remove hair. Soak in salt water
several hours. Rinse well. Season with salt,
pepper and garlic salt. Roll in flour. Fry in
bacon grease until brown. Use 1 pkg. onion soup
with 3-4 cups H20. Keep adding liquid little at a
time until tender. Some pieces take longer.
