     Kat's Alfredo Potatoes

Ingredients
8 potatoes , sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cupbutter,melted
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded swiss cheese
grated parmesan to taste
1 16 ounce jar alfredo sauce
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
 
red pepper to taste
dried parsely to taste
Instructions
Preheat over to 350. Lightly grease a large baking dish
In the baking dish mix the potatoes,onion,butter,milk,swiss cheese,parmesan and alfredo sauce. season with sale,pepper,red pepper and parsely.
Bake 1 hr and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sauce is bubbly. Top with more parmesean cheese during the last few min of baking time
