Brown meat, pour off fat. Add tomatoes, paste, spaghetti mix, garlic, and season salt. Cover. Simmer 40 min, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender. Drain and rinse. Place 1/2 noodles in 8x12 dish. Cover with 1/3 sauce. Add 1/2 mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
