Crock pot Potatoes
1/4 lb bacon (cooked and diced)
1 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic (smashed)
7-8 red potatoes (sliced with skins on)
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
3-4 green onions (greens sliced too)
Butter
Salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and cumin to your taste
Paprika for the top
Put foil inside crock pot and make it big enough as to cover the top of potatoes (to steam them). Layer 1/2 potatoes, onions, cheese etc into crock pot, then cover than layer with some pats of butter. Repeat layer, add some more butter. Add paprika on top for color if desired. Cook on low 4-6 hrs.
