     Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cauliflower cut into florets
1 large onion thickly sliced (next time will use more)
sliced and whole garlic cloves (quantity according to taste)
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
salt and freshly ground pepper
grated cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190C . Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well ,I find best using my hands. Put the cauliflower mixture on a lined baking tin. Bake for about 15 minutes then take out and turn over so it browns evenly. After another 10-15 minutes take out and sprinkle some more cheese and bake for some more minutes until brown according to your taste.
