Combine first 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Top with mixture of 1/2 c sugar, 1/3 c flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 c oleo. Bake 30 min at 375.
