|
- Use an electric whisk/mixer to blend the butter for around 5 minutes until light, fluffy and pale in colour.
|

- Add in approximately half of the icing sugar a little at a time and mix well.
|
|
|
- Add the vanilla extract then the milk and mix well. Add the remaining icing sugar a little at a time.
|
|
|
- Continue to blend for another 5 minutes until the mixture is thick, fluffy and does not fall off of a spoon. Use the buttercream to pipe, fill and frost your cakes.
