     Spinach and cream cheese pastries

Ingredients
Spinach
1 Tub ceam cheese
1 salmon fillet
shortcrust pastry made with plain/wholemeal flour
 

Instructions
Combine cream cheese, spinach and flaked salmon in a bowl.
Cut pastry into small squares and put each square in each hole of a muffin tin. Fill each with a heaped tablespoon of the spinach mixture. Cook in oven mark 6 for about 30 mins
You can substitute salmon with feta cheese or bacon. Enjoy!!
