In a big bowl mix the crushed crackers and ground
hazelnuts or almonds.
Mix in the cocoa and drinking chocolate.
In another bowl beat the egg whites and sugar well
.
Add this to the big bowl and mix .
Pour in the melted butter and vanilla mixing well.
Put the cake mixture in a greased tin ,I used a
27cm x8cm x27cm square spring form tin.
Bake in preheated moderate oven 160C for about
20minutes .
Leave to cool then heat the hazelnut spread on low
heat or in microwave and pour over cake . Decorate
with chopped hazelnuts or almonds,white and dark
chocolate flakes or why not Baci chocolates.
