     Ancho Rubbed Flank Steak

Ingredients
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ancho chile powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 - 1pd flank steak
2 tsp olive oil
 
Instructions
Mix all but meat and oil and rub onto steak
Heat oil and cook 5 min on each side
Let sit 5 min
Serve with potato wedges and a salad
