4 oz cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup milk
|

2 tbl flour
|

salt

12 eggs

2 tbl dijon
|

2 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

2 cups finely chopped ham
|

1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions |

Grease a baking pan
|

In a bowl beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Add flour and salt. In a large bowl beat eggs add
the cream cheese mix to it and fold in

Bake at 375 for 30-35. Spread on mustard and 1 cup
cheese top with ham, onions and 1 cup cheese
|
|
|
Roll up and top with remaining cheese. Bake 3-4 min
|
