     Big and Soft Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
1 c. mashed potatoes
3 pkgs. yeast
3 eggs, beaten
2 tesp. salt
8 c. flour
 

Instructions
Scald milk and melt butter in milk. Add sugar and cold water. Mixture should be luke warm. Add mashed potatoes and yeast; stir well and let set for 15 minutes or until it bubbles. Add eggs, salt and flour. Dough should be firm. You do not knead this. Stir well and let rise for 1 hour. Roll out dough and spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up. Divide into fourths, then cut each fourth into 6 rolls. Grease 2 9in X 13in pans or 4 9in round pans. Mix 2 cups cream, 2 cups brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt. divide between pans. Place rolls in pans. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake st 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Dump out on a cookie sheet and let cool.
