1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees/ bake cake as directed
2. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with handle of wooden spoon. Drizzle milk evenly over top of the cake, let stand until milk has been absorbed into the cake. Then, drizzle with caramel, chill.
3.Add whipped cream to the top, crunch and spread heath bars over top.
