Mix rice, soup and milk. Pour mixture in bottom of 9
X 13 pan. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Place
poultry on rice mixture. Mushrooms may be added to
rice mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Use extra liquid for chicken breasts.
