Lightly pound chicken and cut in pieces. Sprinkle
with garlic powder and pepper. Saute green onions
and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and saute. Add
chicken and saute until tender. If there is not
enough liquid add more butter. Add chopped
tomatoes. Just to heat through. Do not cook
tomatoes.
