     Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3 bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
 
Instructions
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, nuts, bananas, flour and soda. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
