Chop carrots,marrows,potatoes,celery,onion &
cauliflower florets etc in bite size pieces. heat
a little oil in a pot and fry for a few minutes
,add 2 tablespoonfuls tomato paste,1 teaspoon
curry and fry a bit then add 150g mixed lentils
and 2 ltrs chicken stock or water. Season and
after it starts to boil put on low heat and simmer
. When lentils are ready add about 1/4 cup small
soup pasta and when that is ready if you like
break in a few eggs cover let it simmer for
another 8-10mins for eggs to poach.
