Cream 125g soft butter or margarine with 3/4cup
sugar,then add 3 lightly beaten eggs ,1/4 cup
milk,1/2tspn butterscotch essence,1/2 tspn vanilla
essence,1/2 cup cornflour and 1and 1/2 cups self
raising flour sifted together. Beat til its
creamy. Oven 160 . Makes 18 cupcakes .
