Prepare the lamb chops ,sprinkle and rub salt &
pepper and add some crushed garlic,soy sauce &
worchester sauce and let it marinade until you
need it. In skillet or deep frying pan fry the
lamb chops keeping the marinade liquid. Fry on
each side until brown .Put on a dish ,in same pan
fry some onions chopped in slices ,add some mixed
spice ,to the marinade add a tablespoonful of hot
mustard ,add veg stock and add to pan .Put the
lamb chops back in the sauce and let them simmer
in the sauce until tender.
