Sift 1 kg flour,add 1tspn salt ,3 tspns dried
yeast ,1tspn sugar,3 tspn baking powder .In a jug
pour 1cup milk,1 cup tepid water,3/4 cup oil & 1
egg. Whisk then mix in with the flour mixture. You
should have a soft dough, Divide into 4 and knead
and put in a bowl ,cover with a teacloth that you
moisten with a litlle water .Leave it til it
doubles in size. This dough makes a soft not crisp
pizza crust. I use it for the tuna crescents.
