     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 -8oz. jar cheese whiz
2 -10oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups uncooked minute rice
 
Instructions
Saute onion in butter. Add soups.
Mix milk, whiz and broccoli.
In casserole dish mix 2 cups minute rice with all of the above. Bake uncovered for 350° for 30 minutes. Last 5 to 10 minutes add buttered croutons.
