For this recipe you will need pizza dough, rolled
out to fill the pan; I make my own, but you can
buy this, I then layered freshly sliced tomatoes
on the pizza dough and added sliced yellow and
orange peppers, courgette, black olives, rock
salt, basil and crushed chili peppers! Divine!
