115g good-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa
solids) melted 90 grms unsalted butter 175 grms
golden caster sugar grated rind and juice of 1
orange 2 large free range/barn eggs 185grms flour
sifted plain 1 tsp baking powder 1tsp salt 1 tbsp
milk Start by putting all wet ingredients in bowl
(bar the chocolate) and together with sugar and
beat, once thoroughly mixed alternate chocolate
and flour into the mix and once done pour into
cases. Bake for 30 mins approx in oven gas mark 4
or 160 degrees fan oven. Once cooked and cool just
add choc buttercream frosting and top with grated
zest. Enjoy!
