Cream cheese layer-
1. mix all ingred.
2. Spread on bottom of cooled pie crust
Filling-
1. Mix cold water p, sugar, and cornstarch together in a
saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil. When thick, remove from heat
3. Stir in jello powder.
4. Let cool; gently stir in strawberries. Pour over cream cheese
layer. Chill and serve
5. Top with whipped cream if desired.
Enough for 1 pie shell
