Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups self raising flour
 

Instructions
Beat butter and sugar to cream. Add eggs, then flour. Roll into balls, press holes into the middle of each and fill with jam. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius, for 10-12 minutes.
