Combine sugar, milk, margarine, and coco.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove what heat.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Drop on waxed paper.
When growing up, every Sunday my mother would go to best friends house. Who was also her
neighbor, her friend's mother would often bake these cookies fro her visit.
