     Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients
16F=6F-20 10/2 = cups of all purpose flower
1474B=1474 = teaspoons of baking soda
-5/7C=-5/7 = teaspoons of cocoa
7S=7 =Cups of sugar
2E=4 = large eggs
37.67S=37.6 = teaspoons of salt
2V=1 = cups of vegetable oil
10868B=76(82B-61) = cups of buttermilk
6R=12 = tablespoons of red food coloring
 
227.5V=7(32 1/2) = vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in milk, food color and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until just blended. Do not overbeat. Spoon batter into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely. Frost with Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting.
