     BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. baking powder
2 Tbs. sugar
1/3 c. plus
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. milk
1 egg
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add blueberries. In another bowl, beat egg and milk; stir in butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill Pam sprayed or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
