     RHONDA’S PIZZA DOUGH

Ingredients
1 pkg. dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 T. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
 

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients. Beat vigorously, about 20 strokes. Knead on floured board for one minute. Allow dough to rise in warm place for 5 minutes. Pat onto a greased cookie sheet into a 12in circle. Add sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
