     Wholewheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
 
1 cup blueberries

Instructions
1) Preheat to 400°C
2) Mix flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a large bowl, then mix in remaining ingredients EXCEPT the blueberries.
3) Add in blueberries until equally distributed.
4) Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
Serving Suggestions
100 calories per muffin.
