Cut a long loaf of Italian bread into 6 x 1 inch sticks (you’ll have about 16). Lightly coat cut sides with a nonstick cooking spray. Arrange crust side down on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Can be served with heated bottled marinara sauce for dunking.
