     Chateau Potatoes

Ingredients
8 red potatoes
1 stick butter
salt
pepper
parsley
 

Instructions
Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Heat oven to 350. Saute potatoes in skillet with 6 tablespoons of butter until brown; adding salt, pepper, and parsley generously.
Place 2 tablespoons of butter into the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour potatoes into dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven, stir, add more spices, place back in oven for additional 15 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Great side to serve with beef or pork.
